Antique Jaipur Miniature of Shree Radha Govind Dev ji
Rs. 175,000.00
An original 19th-century miniature from the Jaipur school, depicting Shree Radha Govind Dev ji. Krishna stands at the centre playing the flute beneath a pink canopy, flanked by two garlanded consorts, while rows of sakhis gather on either side bearing offerings, each identified by her name inscribed in Devanagari above her head. The scene is set within a circular frame of red and gold bands, against a pavilion, balustrade and trees.
Given its age, light wear to the edges and surface is part of its character and authenticity.
